While doing the upward motion to release the weights while the handles go up (negative movement) avoid returning the weights all the way down so that you can maintain muscular tension and derive the maximum benefit out of this exercise.

The Leverage High row is one of the most popular and effective exercise to increase your upper back strength while maintaining your overall health index. Although Leverage High Row requires special equipment but the exercise itself is fairly easy to perform.
