Concentrate on making your lats do the work. Don’t allow your elbows to bend because if you do, your involving the triceps to assist in your movement.

Most major back exercises incorporate the biceps, but this exercise Isolate the lats with a single-joint movement. So your biceps will rest and your Lats will feel intensity of the exercise.
