Single-Arm Linear Jammer









Increase the intensity of the exercise by performing the action in one explosive motion upward, but exercise serious control on the way down. Technique is crucial with this exercise. Do not progress to explosive movements with heavier weight until you master your technique.

Single arm linear jammer exercises are another one of the efficient set of exercises that are done on one arm. While shoulder muscles are the primary target, along with the triceps and chest as a supporting muscles.
